So, I've decided that every Thursday (hopefully) I'm going to be sharing a new recipe or creation from the week! I think it will be a great way to encourage me to get creative in the kitchen and hopefully inspire you to try out some new recipes. I'm hoping to have a mix of everything such as desserts, healthy dinner ideas, snacks, smoothies, and more!

This week's Tasty Thursday is going to be Easy Nutella Brownies that only require 4 Ingredients! I like to call them my "Cover Me In Nutella Brownies", because they are pretty much all nutella and who wouldn't love to be covered in Nutella?

They are a perfect mix between a nutella cupcake and brownie! Crispy on the outside and warm gooey chocolate on the inside. They aren't too sweet either!

I actually made this recipe not once but TWICE this week! It was super easy and Mialyna and the rest of the family loved them! They probably take a total of 30 minutes to make (including cook time) and you probably already have the ingredients in your kitchen! They also didn't make a huge mess!

What mom doesn't love a quick and easy dessert that has little to no mess?

So, here's the recipe!

Cover Me in Nutella Brownies - 4 Ingredients

What you need:

  • 2 cups of Nutella ( a little extra if you want to add some on top!)

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 heaping cup of All- Purpose flour

  • A few milk Chocolate Chunks ( you don't need to add this, but hey, the more chocolate the better). You could also substitute this for swirls of peanut butter or nuts.

What you need to do:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350° F. Lightly coat your baking sheet (8x8 or whatever you have) with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. In a medium sized bowl, mix your nutella ( sometimes it's easier if you melt it for a few seconds in the microwave), all-purpose flour, and eggs.

  3. Pour onto your baking sheet/tray and smooth with a spatula or spoon. Add your chocolate chunks or topping of choice.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes. However, check regularly to avoid overcooking. You want it to be crispy around the edges and softer in the middle.

  5. Let them cool and cut into small squares.

  6. Spread some nutella on top of them to really amp them up! We did this our second time and it was so yummy.

  7. Enjoy and try to share them with your family!

Hope you enjoy them as much as we did!

Until next time,

Alysia xo
